Post	Description
GM -Projects	Graduate/Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with experience of 10 - 15 years in high rise residential and commercial building projects.
Project Manager	Graduates/ Post Graduates in Civil Engineering with Experience of 6-10 years, of which at least 5 years should be in high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
Project Coordinator	Graduates/ Post Graduates in Civil Engineering with Experience of 6-10 years, of which at least 5 years should be in high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
Architects	B.Arch with over 5 years experience in structural & interior & landscape designing of residential & commercial buildings
Manager Q A & QC	Engineering Degree with 5 + years in similar capacity & relevant experience
Manager Planning & Services	Engineering Degree with 5 + years in similar capacity & relevant experience
Contract Manager	Engineering (or equivalent) degree with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience at sr. management level
Maintenance Manager	Graduate in Electrical / Technical Engineering with experience of about 5 -10 years in building maintenance of multi-storeyed apartment projects, gated estates & commercial complexes.
Quantity Surveyors	Graduate in Civil engineering with 3 - 5 years experience in same field.
Project/Site Engineers	Graduate in Civil Engineering with 6-8 years experience in construction of high rise residential and commercial building with reputed companies.
Finishing Engineers	Engineering Graduates with over 3 years experience in similar capacity
Junior Engineers	Graduate in civil engineering with minimum 2 years experience. Should be able to estimate from drawing and should have good knowledge of computer.
Marketing Executive	Self driven Graduates preferably with 2 - 5 years experience in the Real Estate Industry with excellent communication skills( M.B.A’s preferred).
Interior Design & Execution	Qualified Interior Designer with 6 – 10 years experience in home/office interiors, furniture design etc.( Residential & commercial projects)
Electrical Engineer	BE Electrical with minimum five years work experience in execution of electrical works in residential / commercial projects.
